Weigh in result after 1 week on management

Well only a pound lost this week but that is not a problem to me. It is so great to have lots of new foods to eat that as long as I stay the same I will be delighted.

B: Vanilla Shake
L: Tofu with salad - I will never eat tofu again in my life!
D: Thai chilli soup
S: Fruit Yoghurt, nutty bar and Cola zero with ice
