Tonight I met someone who hasn't seen me since I started the lighter life diet on the 6 th January. She was absolutely stunned and speechless which was very funny and enjoyable.
I did not think I had changed that much but obviously I have. That'll keep me going now for another week at least. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning just to check - its a bit of an addiction.
