Not many food s added this week. Not a problem because there is so much I can eat now that these are just a bonus.
Additional vegetables for week 4
Artichoke
Asparagus
Aubergine
Bean Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts
Greens (Spring Greens)
Kale
Kohlrabi
Leek
Marrow
Mooli
Okra
Onion
Pak-choi
Shallots
Swiss Chard.
The big difference this week is that I can now have cooked vegetables as well as raw.
